At this time we are offering three ways to Ask the Experts a question.
Paper Form Request: You may fill out a paper request form at our meetings.
E-Mail Request: Without joining the SSVCCHELP group, you may submit an e-mail request to SSVCCModerator@gmail.com and ask your question, or tell us your comment. If you use this method to Ask the Experts a question, please describe your problem as completely as possible, including your operating system, software version, etc. Include any info that will help us to help you. We will then attempt to locate another member that we believe can help you resolve your issue. That member will then contact you via email, or telephone if you supply a number, with a possible solution.
SSVCCHELP : This is a free e-mail communication tool that allows club members to easily share information, ask questions, suggest presentation or class topics or share comments among computer club members. We're very excited about this addition to our club offerings, and the dynamic exchange of information among members.
If you are already a member of the SSVCCHELP group, simply send an e-mail to ssvcchelp@yahoogroups.com with your question or comment. Using this forum will send your email to all members of the forum and you may get several responses to your inquiry, or comment.
If you are not currently a member of this forum, follow the instructions below. For familiarity, this works exactly like the SSV Online Forum, except this is for the exclusive use of computer club members.
SSVCCHELP Computer Club Online Forum Information
This group is not affiliated with the SSV HOA or Farnsworth Inc., but rather a service provided by the SSV Computer Club for the exclusive use of active club members.
Here are the details:
1. Once you join this forum, you simply send an e-mail to ssvcchelp@yahoogroups.com asking your question, posting your comment, or sharing whatever information you want to share.
2. Your message then goes to ALL people who are current members of the computer club forum. If you've asked a question, hopefully one or more members will promptly reply with a reliable answer.
3. You can elect to be unsubscribed at any time. Just e-mail SSVCCModerator@gmail.com
4. Your e-mail ID is not shown unless you post a message or reply to a post. So you can be a ‘viewer’, or an active member, depending on whether or not you want to post or reply to messages.
